LOKA CAFE LOMBOK

This place is honestly one of my favorites. The food is always tasty, the staff are super friendly. My favorite one is Chicken Quesadilla and the cookie so yumm! I forgot the name lol. I noticed someone left a review but from what I read, the issue was already solved. It doesn’t feel fair to keep dragging them down even though they already trying their best to solved their concern. Every time I’ve come, the team has been welcoming and quick to help. That’s why I’ll keep coming back!

Ordered takeout wraps and fries, tacos and burrito bowl (for collection) - it may be that the late time we ordered the fries were not the best but the wraps were great. We ordered morning coffees many times here and they actually made a flat white! Which can be hard to get in Kuta. Times we sat in for a coffee it did feel like a lot of flies around, more so than other restaurants in the area, however the tables always seemed clean. Friendly staff and reliable stop for healthy food! There is a gym at the rear.

The food was nice and tasty, the coffee was good too, and the healthy strawberry drink was so good too . The place good have lots of socket for charging phone or laptops. Gym just next to it. Recommend for healthy high protein food and drinks.

I never leave reviews, but after spending a week in Kuta and eating here every single day, I felt like this place deserved one. I’ve tried almost every salad on the menu — all were a solid 10/10. Portions are generous and the prices are actually better than most other cafes around. You can also build your own bowl, which I did one day, and it turned out great. Every day I ordered the “bowl of the day” with a kombucha for just 75K IDR — such a good deal. I also tried the peanut butter protein cookie and it was delicious. The ingredients are super clean, the vibe is chill, and the staff are lovely. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Total gem. My fav was the buddah bowl with mahi!

Overall, LOKA was one of my favourite restaurants in Kuta because it is good value for money. There are plenty of other restaurants that are fancier, but you end up paying much more for the same quality (sometimes they are actually no good) and less quantity. Basically, some trendy cafes were you don't leave full nor blown away by the food or staff. In LOKA, however, things are simplier but good, with plenty of options and healthy ones. The staff is super nice, they became like friends after going so many days. And their dog is lovely! I came for breakfast/lunch and dinner and everything was great. My favourite dishes were the nasi goreng, breaky wrap and protein bowl, but really everything is good. Also the chocolate peanut butter cookie is delicious. I really like they have an option to build your own plate/bowl with all the essentials (greens, protein, fats, carbs) and amazing hydratying drinks (kombucha, coconut water, juices). Don't miss out their Sunday BBQ, they grill skewers, vegetables, corn on the cob, and also they have salad, dips, fruits and other things and the the price is amazing, just 80K

Breakfast at Loka is highly recommended! The team is genuinely attentive and friendly — especially Ozy, who gave us outstanding service and was always looking after us. It’s hard to choose just one dish because everything tastes amazing — so the best solution is to come back more than once!

We had an iced cappuccino and an iced latte, they were good and a smoothie bowl, for my taste it was too much like ice cream, it was also one of those fancier restaurants for tourists, which are a bit on the pricier side. The waiter was really kind and the vibes were great, also the food on the other tables looked good.
